当社はこのたび、モンゴルにおける保険関連事業への段階的参入を目的とした不動産事業を主軸とする新会社を設立いたしました。

モンゴルでは都市化の進展や人口集中に伴い、住宅・商業施設を中心とした不動産需要が継続的に拡大しています。当社は、こうした市場環境を背景に、現地ニーズに即した不動産開発・運営・投資事業を通じて、安定的かつ継続的なキャッシュフローの確保を図ってまいります。

一方で、経済成長に伴う資産形成や事業活動の拡大により、関連するリスク管理や保険ニーズも今後一層高まることが見込まれています。当社は、不動産事業を通じて蓄積される実データや顧客基盤を活用し、キャプティブ保険事業やリスクマネジメント関連サービスへと事業領域を段階的に拡大していく方針です。

将来的には、既存保険会社との提携や限定的なリスク引受を通じて実績を積み重ね、3年以内の保険業界への本格参入を目指します。

We have established a new company in Mongolia with real estate as our core business, as a foundation for the phased expansion into insurance-related services.

Mongolia continues to experience strong demand for residential and commercial real estate driven by urbanization and population growth. Leveraging this market environment, we focus on locally driven real estate development, operation, and investment to generate stable and recurring cash flow.

As economic growth advances and asset ownership expands, demand for risk management and insurance solutions is expected to increase. Utilizing data and customer relationships accumulated through our real estate operations, we plan to gradually expand into captive insurance structures and risk management services.

Through partnerships with existing insurers and limited risk-taking initiatives, we aim to build a solid track record and achieve full-scale entry into the insurance sector within three years.

By combining a disciplined real estate business with strategic expansion into financial and insurance services, we strive to create long-term, sustainable value in Mongolia.
